HISTORY The chamber has been in operation since September of 1921 and continues to give outstanding service. We anticipate a great year and will hit it head on with anticipated new challenges. New businesses have moved into the community and existing businesses have expanded. The quality of life is excellent in addition to having a wonderful school system. The primary goal of a Chamber of Commerce is to look after the interests of their local businesses and to help them promote their business, commerce, trade and industry. Members of a Chamber include merchants, manufacturers, bankers, organizations, non-profits and others who all come together as a group for the benefit of all. Chambers and Members alike gather information and contacts that are useful for the whole group.
