Participants will only pay a $10 supply fee
Class size limited to 15 people

Students will be cooking and eating! You will leave with a hands on experience and gluten free recipes. Nancy Gibbons Addison CHC, AADP nutritionist and chef will guide in the fun and captivating ways in which to shift your life into a healthier way of living so you can live life fully and with optimum health. Adult class ages 16 and up.
